We are excited to welcome to the Dream Team our new Salon Apprentice, Caitlin. Caitlin is a recent graduate of Glassbox Education, a Toronto-based hair education academy known for its hands-on training and modern approach to hairstyling, where students develop both strong technical skills and creative confidence for the salon industry. She is eager to continue growing behind the chair and building her experience as a hairstylist. Caitlin has a passion for modern colour and tailored cuts.

Caitlin will be assisting our Senior and Lead Stylists while further developing her skills as a hairstylist. She also supports daily salon operations by preparing clients, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, assisting with services such as washing and treatments, and continuing her training in cutting, colouring, and styling techniques under supervision.

Caitlin’s work focuses on balayage, lived-in blondes, and rich custom brunettes, with an emphasis on natural, soft, dimensional colour that grows out beautifully. She also provides full colour services, grey blending, root touch-ups, and vivid shades for guests looking to add a bold pop of colour. Caitlin is also continuing to develop her cutting skills as part of her advanced training behind the chair.

Caitlin takes pride in her attention to hair health, always working to keep hair looking and feeling its best while achieving beautiful results. Known for her kind and easygoing personality, she creates a relaxed and welcoming experience where clients can feel comfortable in her chair. She also offers gloss and treatment services paired with blowouts.

Outside of the salon, Caitlin is a proud dog mom and animal lover and enjoys fostering animals whenever she can.
