Part-Time Receptionist & Client Services Representative

We are hiring a part-time salon Receptionist/ Client Services Representative to join our Dream Team. 1 to 2 years salon receptionist/ client relations representative experience is needed for this role which we hope will graduate into a management position.


  • Respond to all incoming calls and emails.
  • Schedule/book/reschedule salon and beauty services.
  • Check-in clients upon arrival.
  • Process payments of services.
  • Performing administrative duties such as counting orders and submitting order info into the inventory log.
  • Answering inquiries and complaints over the phone, over e-mail, and in person.
  • Assist in ensuring client needs are met and their experience is satisfying.
  • Book-keeping duties include reconciliation of daily reports of salon software.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the salon.


  • Friendly, honest, courteous, reliable, eager, motivated, strong work ethic, and able to take constructive feedback without issue.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong aptitude with numbers.
  • Previous experience in sales and reception role.
  • Experience with salon/spa software is an asset (i.e. Vagaro).
  • Experience with cosmetic, salon, spa, medical spa industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) is an asset.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Driven and ability to work with a team or with minimum supervision.

Salary and Perks:

  • $15.50-$20.00 per hour.
